WHAT?!?!? How did this happen….we are coming upon our final month of kindergarten!!! On Monday, we will begin our last Reading Unit: Giving the Gift of Reading!!! Please look in your child’s YELLOW folder for an updated May Calendar (I had to change the weeks that I assigned 5th and 3rd grade classes to listen to us read due to 5th grade camp). My students look forward to knowing when their siblings will be joining our class…so I thought you should have an updated calendar! We are so excited for our May Activities as we celebrate all our reading accomplishments!!!!
The May calendar is in your child’s YELLOW Folder, but I also attached it below. Sometimes you are able to get the download and sometimes you are not….so hopefully if you can’t open it you will find it in your child’s yellow folder.
We are soooooo excited for the many fun activities planned.

Fun With Gum:
We all learned how to blow a bubble by watching an informational video, together as a class we wrote a story “How to blow a bubble??”, and drew some great self portraits of us blowing a bubble. How cute are these??? They are hanging outside our classroom for all to see :)!
